LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading national food distributor to hire a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager for their night shift operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound warehouse environment. You’ll oversee safety, service, and cost performance, lead union teams, and ensure flawless outbound execution—all while driving a culture of accountability and engagement.

2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
Lead outbound warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness
Coach, develop, and hold Warehouse Managers and associates accountable to performance goals
Foster strong relationships with union employees, ensuring fair, respectful, and productive collaboration
Oversee staffing, performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards
Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity of all outbound shipments
Review and approve daily load plans, meeting deadlines and special customer requests
2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Requirements:
5-7 years of outbound warehouse management experience
Proven success managing safety initiatives and unionized teams
Strong leadership presence—confident and personable
Experience with WMS systems and data-driven decision-making
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume operation
Willingness to work night shift starting at 2PM
