LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading national food distributor to hire a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager for their night shift operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound warehouse environment. You’ll oversee safety, service, and cost performance, lead union teams, and ensure flawless outbound execution—all while driving a culture of accountability and engagement.

2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness

• Coach, develop, and hold Warehouse Managers and associates accountable to performance goals

• Foster strong relationships with union employees, ensuring fair, respectful, and productive collaboration

• Oversee staffing, performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions as needed

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity of all outbound shipments

• Review and approve daily load plans, meeting deadlines and special customer requests

2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 5-7 years of outbound warehouse management experience

• Proven success managing safety initiatives and unionized teams

• Strong leadership presence—confident and personable

• Experience with WMS systems and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume operation

• Willingness to work night shift starting at 2PM
