About the Role:

As our Agile Program Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver of complex initiatives that span multiple teams and business units. You'll enhance organizational agility, boost transparency, and optimize delivery across the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery
• Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitate PI Planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management
• Align leadership and Agile teams around shared goals, PI Objectives, and delivery priorities
• Champion Agile best practices to increase predictability, speed, and quality
• Enhance visibility with real-time reporting and strategic communication
• Help define and uphold SLAs to ensure high-performing, reliable outcomes

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Science, or a related field
• PMO certification (PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP) preferred
• SAFe certifications strongly preferred (RTE, Agilist, Lean Portfolio Management, etc.)
• Proven experience driving results in Agile and SAFe environments
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• A bias for action and the ability to lead through ambiguity

📍 Location & Culture:
