We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Savannah, Georgia, supporting new company growth within our industrial portfolio, and eager to grow as a part of our continued expansion. • The estimated Compensation Range for this position is $58,000-$75,000. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary, performance-based bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual contributions and overall company performance. 

What your day looks like. 

• Assisting in A/R process includes preparing reports, tracking collections, and contacting tenants 
• Oversee on-site vendors and engineering personnel. Understand and be able to oversee their roles/compliance and success
• Performing monthly accruals and variance reporting 
• Understand building systems and services performed at a typical office property
• Assist in budget preparation and compliance, including RFP process for vendors
• Understanding leases, ensuring compliance and performing lease abstracting
• Assist in year-end reconciliation process
• Tenant/vendor relations
• Engineering/maintenance coordination
• Utilizing online work order system for maintenance requests, preventative maintenance reporting and property inspections
• Processing of A/P Invoices including verifying pricing, coding and approving 

What sets you apart. 

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate management experience. 
• Real Estate License in process or completed within 6 months of hiring date 
• Driver’s License Required
• Familiarity with financial/property management software 
• Illustrates a desire to grow and improve the business and team.
