Business Development Consultant (BDC) - Internet Sales Earning Potential $50,000 + Per Year We are New York's fastest growing dealership and are expanding. Position Overview: We are seeking for professionalism with character and enthusiasm to add to our service Internet/BDC Department full time. This position entails assisting clientele over the phone, internet and unsold showroom clientele.

• Stay up to date with BDC representatives' processes and tasks
• Seamlessly transfer appointments to sales department
• Work closely with Department Manager to reach individual department goals
• Monitoring and contacting internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites
• Maximize inbound phone, web and showroom traffic streams
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Assist in resolving customer complaints

Experience in Sales or Customer Service is necessary We are looking for someone with the following basic skills:

• Experience with computers
• Great Verbal and Communications skills
• Bilingual is a plus
