Job Description

As a Server, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring guests have a delicious and welcoming experience at our Beer Hall. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your talents and interact with our loving community of beer enthusiasts.

Serving:

• Provide excellent customer service and address guests' needs accordingly.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and effective service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift weights of up to 50lbs daily and move objects weighing up to 150lbs daily.
• Stand for a minimum of eight hours during shifts.
• Perform bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and continuous movement for extended periods behind the bar.
• Adapt to varying temperature conditions typical of a bar environment.
