They are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef Assistant to support their kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals in a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the chef with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients. Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Support in plating and garnishing dishes before service. Store food items properly and in line with food safety regulations. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Receive deliveries and ensure proper inventory rotation. Follow all kitchen health and safety guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
