Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Class A Maintenance / Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Maintenance / Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical work and experience with industrial electrical systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Pay Scale:

- Pay will be commensurate with experience level.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure they function safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Use an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and perform electrical troubleshooting.
- Fabricate and install electrical components, such as wiring and circuit boards.
- Calibrate electrical systems and equipment to ensure precise performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in industrial control systems, including distributed control systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Detect electrical issues using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Document all work and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.

 

Skills:

- Strong emphasis on Safety and Attendance.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial electrical standards.
- Experience with industrial electrician work and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with electrical fabrication and calibration techniques.
- Familiarity with distributed control systems and industrial control systems.
- Skill in detecting electrical issues using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
