Position Title: Clinical Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator (Care Team Associate) to support the efficient implementation and execution of Care Management programs. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Care Management team—including Case Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents—to ensure all processes and program objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Support Care Management and related teams, including Utilization Intake (UIA), Prior Authorization, and the Facility Care Model team.
Manage fax and task queues, process correspondence, and upload medical records into member charts using TruCare.
Provide clerical and administrative assistance for reporting, special projects, and other departmental needs.
Help ensure timely and accurate completion of case reviews and related documentation.
Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and management to maintain operational excellence.
Work Details
Location: Remote / Telecommute
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid lunch)
