Premier Stoneworks, LLC in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Patching Technicians to join our growing production team. As an integral part of our operations, you’ll be responsible for the patching, finishing, and detailing of precast concrete products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and appearance. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistency will help uphold our reputation for delivering premium architectural and structural precast concrete throughout South Florida. Responsibilities: • Patch and finish precast concrete pieces to specified textures and color matches. • Repair surface imperfections such as voids, chips, or bug holes. • Use finishing materials, including cement pastes, epoxies, and patch compounds. • Grind, sand, or smooth surfaces using hand and power tools. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet project timelines. Qualifications: • Experience in concrete finishing, patching, or willing to learn (precast experience preferred but not required). • Strong eye for color, texture, and surface quality. • Familiarity with grinders, trowels, and hand-finishing tools. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
