As our Controller, you'll be more than just a number cruncher – you'll be a key strategic partner in our organization's growth story.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparation of account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of financial reporting package and variance analysis.
• Responsible for revenue recognition, job cost accounting and cost accrual procedures.
• Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to integrate our systems and enhance performance
• Partner with teams such as sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory
• Build and maintain robust financial controls and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years of proven experience in Accounting, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Must have project job costing experience
• Technical proficiency in ERP, and advanced Excel skills
• A passion for process improvement and data-driven decision making
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• An innovative mindset and desire to challenge the status quo
