Our Day Hab program located in Slingerlands, NY has a full-time 35-hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm*, which includes a 30-minute daily unpaid lunch break. The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour, and this is an hourly position. The Day Hab DSPs support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Their duties include but are not limited to driving to/from day program, developing communication and interpersonal skills, assisting with personal care, and exploring new areas of interest both on-site and in the community.
