Location: Remote (NYC local strongly preferred)Job Type: Contract Position | Full-Time HoursCompensation Range: $45 - 50 per hourA leading global beauty brand is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Global E-Commerce team for an exciting contract role. You'll play a key role in shaping the digital brand experience across global e-commerce platforms, supporting everything from product launches to social commerce content across both developed and emerging markets.If you have a passion for beauty, fashion, and high-end creative execution-and thrive at the intersection of visual design, brand storytelling, and digital strategy-this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.Responsibilities: Lead graphic design execution for e-commerce and social commerce assets across global markets. Translate marketing briefs into high-quality, on-brand visuals that align with creative and business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and agency partners, to evolve campaign visuals for the digital space. Serve as the go-to design strategist across the team, offering input, proposals, and revisions to elevate brand content. Own the creation and refinement of content proposals-handling reviews, feedback loops, and final delivery. Balance creative innovation with consistency, maintaining visual cohesion while pushing design boundaries. Offer a consultative lens on brand cohesion, layout, design tone, and consumer engagement. Qualifications: 3-5 years of design experience within beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital design for e-commerce and brand campaigns. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on digital and packaging design. Detail-oriented with excellent time and project management skills. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Someone who's equal parts creative visionary and strategic thinker, with a pulse on consumer behaviors in the beauty space.
