What To Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Executive Assistant to work alongside our Infrastructure team. As the right-hand and operational partner to the Director, Infrastructure, you will manage all administrative functions, lead impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, InfrastructureManage calendars, book domestic and international travel, process and approve expense reportsTake detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, and track follow upsPrepare documents, presentations, and correspondence at an executive levelMaintain standards and cadence of workflows while identifying and implementing improvementsPartner with leader and his direct reports on strategic planning and defining team objectives and prioritiesManage cross-functional projects and initiatives, including complex event planning
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience supporting a senior leaderExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Positive attitude and team player, representing the executive in every interactionHighly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changesProactive problem solver able to work independentlyStrong passion for Tesla’s mission
