What You’ll Do: * Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements * Conduct thorough multi-point inspections * Identify potential future vehicle issues * Test drive vehicles to evaluate performance * Complete services efficiently and accurately * Replace or repair worn vehicle parts before failure * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively What We’re Looking For: * Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude * Solid knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance * Effective communication and analytical skills * Basic computer and math proficiency * Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures * Ability to use diagnostic and testing equipment * High school diploma or GED required * Technical degree or certification preferred * Ability to work on your feet for extended periods * Positive, team-oriented attitude * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
