Position: Lead Financial Advisor

Location: Dayton, OH (On-site)

Salary: $150K–$200K first year OTE; $300K–$500K+ by year 3

A client of Insight Global is seeking a high-performing Lead Financial Advisor to join one of the nation’s fastest-growing retirement-focused RIA firms, located in Dayton, OH. This role is ideal for experienced advisors or top-tier sales professionals eager to ditch the prospecting grind and focus on deepening client relationships, delivering financial planning, and leading the charge in helping families secure their retirement.

As a Lead Advisor, you'll meet with firm-generated leads from seminars, digital marketing, and referrals. You’ll deliver personalized investment and retirement strategies, lead 1-2 community workshops per week, and be a mentor to junior team members. With substantial support, an internal planning team, and extensive marketing resources, your role is to advise—not chase.
