Baker / Food Manufacturing Worker:

This is NOT your average baker's job. No cake decorating or donuts. No pastry chef degree needed. We put immeasurable care into everything we do and are proud to put Youngstown on the map for being the world's largest producer of authentic handmade kolachi. We are a high volume, fast-paced baking team. No experience is necessary, we train within!

Requirements:

~ Must be able to follow instructions and be trainable

~ Must work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.

~ Must meet dress code due to food safety requirements (no piercings, jewelry, piercing spacers, false nails, nail polish, false lashes).

~ Communicate with team members and managers.

~ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 or more pounds.

~ Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

~ Ability to operate commercial ovens with little to no error

~ Ability to work with dough, which can be physically demanding

~ Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

~ Assist customers with exceptional service.

~ Cleaning, packaging, shipping, and many other duties.

~ Ability to go in and out of a freezer for products.

Duties, dependent on need:

~ Baking, cleaning and assisting customers.

~ Printing documents

~ Many other duties

Shift times:

~ Full-Time is M-F 7AM-3PM

~ Part-Time may be available during listed hours.
