Job Description

Overview:

Provide courteous, fast and efficient service to patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer in a timely manner.
• Responsible to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service while cleaning and setting tables and assisting in providing quality service to guests.
• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a positive attitude.
• Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
• Other duties as assigned .

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience preferred. On the job training available.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Display strong work ethic and team work.
