Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular inspections and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organize and deliver health and safety training, informing employees about risks and preventive measures.
• Supervise incident management and coordinate corrective actions at the plant level.
• Coordinate the implementation of health and safety standards, audit the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Develop and maintain emergency plans, organize simulation exercises, and monitor H&S indicators.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety in the manufacturing industry
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and other state and local safety regulations
• Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and incident analysis.
• Ability to organize and deliver H&S training and manage the use of PPE.
• Expertise in teaching proactive H&S risk management strategies at all levels of the organization.
• Skills in developing, maintaining emergency plans, and organizing simulation exercises.
