Job Description:

• A Junior Healthcare Recruiter at Client is responsible for sourcing, screening, submitting, and onboarding travel nurses and allied clinicians into 8 to 13-weeks contracts, and Full Time placements. 
• This role is built around phone-first recruiting, efficiency in coordination, structured communication, clean documentation, and strong candidate engagement. 
• You will work closely with MSP partners and internal Payroll and Compliance teams to ensure submission and onboarding packets are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• <5 years of experience in the role.
• Build and expand a pipeline of clinicians using cold calls, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct efficient phone screening to confirm licenses, certifications, core clinical skills, pay expectations, and shift availability.
• Prepare MSP-ready submission packets with correct formatting, timeline awareness, and clear summaries.
• Coordinate and validate skills checklists and competency documents before submission.
• Manage onboarding file bundles and track milestones to avoid delays or missing items.
• Deliver fast, clear, and organized follow-ups via text and email to maintain momentum.
• Schedule and prep candidates for interviews by setting expectations and guidance upfront.
• Own your activity numbers: outreach volume, interviews supported, submissions sent, and onboarding accuracy.
• Document all candidate interactions with clean notes and structured handoffs to the next stage.
