HR Assistant
Pooler, GA 31322
System One is seeking an HR Assistant in Pooler, GA to support our client’s Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks and HR processes. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Important Details:
Contract opportunity
Pay rate up to $25/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Weekly pay
Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)
401k after 30 days
Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check
Job Responsibilities:
Handling New Employee files (Scanning them)
Pulling Terms Files along with I9
Filing
Requirements:
High school diploma
Two years related experience
Acknowledgement of HR Basic, confidentiality
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR software or HRIS a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
