Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Type of Employment: Contract – approximately 90 days

Compensation: $30–$41 per hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced HRIS Analyst . This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring system integrity, and supporting HR operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex HRIS functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with vendors and benefit partners to manage and maintain data feeds and integrations
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Support annual benefits enrollment processes and ensure EDI files are managed correctly
• Manage user access, permissions, and security settings for HR systems
• Assist with data integration projects related to acquisitions or new system implementations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience managing HRIS systems in a multi-state organization
• Strong understanding of HRIS and benefits administration platforms
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Paycor strongly preferred
