What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Installer, you'll provide reliable, high-quality service that homeowners can trust. You will:

• Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork with precision and professionalism
• Prep jobs thoroughly, tracking materials and details to keep projects moving smoothly
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to provide confidence and comfort in their systems
• Represent Reynolds with pride, keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional
• Own your performance, participate in training, and help raise the bar for our industry
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle
• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and problem-solve in the field
• Universal EPA Certification preferred
