Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week. Effective July 1, 2025, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours of PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The salary range(s) included in this offer letter do not reflect the 3 percent reduction in pay.

Our Investment Office Talent & Culture team is currently seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to provide a variety of complex analytical and administrative functions to support the performance, effectiveness, and overall organizational health of the Investment Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with the Investment Office (INVO) organizational development project to support the execution of CalPERS’ investment objectives. 
  • Assist with developing and implementing investment-specific talent sourcing, engagement, and development activities.
  • Write job-related memos, letters, and correspondence in accordance with CalPERS’ Style Guide and best practices. 
  • Conduct research and compile, compute, organize, and present data and statistics for use in reports.
