This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of BELAY . We are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator in Atlanta, GA . This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional passionate about supporting and optimizing cloud-based systems in a fully remote environment. You will be instrumental in managing user access, onboarding new employees, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the security and performance of Mac and PC devices. The position demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to fostering a collaborative team culture. Working closely with various teams, you will help drive efficient technology operations while supporting a dynamic and fast-growing company. Accountabilities: Serve as the first line of support for internal team members, managing onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions. Provision user accounts, enroll devices in Apple Business Manager and MDM tools, and provide IT training for new hires. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Mac and PC devices, responding promptly to support tickets. Manage the device lifecycle including ordering, tracking, updating, and retiring hardware assets. Maintain security hygiene by supporting OS and software updates and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. Document technical workflows, conduct audits, and assist in implementing new technologies and integrations. Collaborate with the Director of Technology Operations on system integrations and operational initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Strong expertise with Mac systems, including remote support and application troubleshooting. Experience supporting cloud collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack. Preferred experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MDM tools like Mosyle and Apple Business Manager. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a high degree of discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Strong documentation skills and a mindset geared toward continuous process improvement. Team-oriented with a willingness to support broader technology operations as needed.
