Job Title: Legal Recruitment Specialist
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Specialist to support our client’s talent acquisition efforts within a fast-paced legal environment. This hybrid, permanent/direct-hire position based in Philadelphia, PA focuses on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding support, and strategic hiring initiatives aimed at reducing agency reliance and enhancing internal processes.
Compensation:- $70,000 – $85,000/year, based on experience
Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Hybrid schedule: at least 2–3 days onsite per week
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Recruitment Specialist:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for legal and administrative positions, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating reference checks, gathering new hire documentation, arranging training schedules, and setting up introductory meetings
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies as needed for specialized roles
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding projects to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand evolving staffing needs and improve talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications and Skills for the Legal Recruitment Specialist:- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting within the legal industry or a strong understanding of law firm operations and legal practice areas
- Prior experience in a law firm or agency setting with a focus on legal placements highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
