Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Wisconsin
• Training and experience in clinical counseling
• Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment
• Correctional experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently

 
Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff.
