Lithographic Print Finishing Technician — Sheetfed Offset

Work hours: Day shift, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

What you’ll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, trimmers)
• Validate output against customer specs and internal quality standards
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment or workflow issues
• Document runs and maintain accurate production records
• Partner with press operators and production teams to meet deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance; keep your area clean and organized

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in litho bindery/print finishing
• Mechanical strength and strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and specifications accurately
• Working knowledge of safety practices and quality control
• Attention to detail; comfort working solo or with a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
