Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $20-22 per hour

Location: Downtown Tulsa

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining strong communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Schedule transportation and communicate with carriers and freight providers
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
• Resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to support operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
• Understanding of freight scheduling and trucking operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience updating and maintaining shipments within a TMS
