Fierce Staffing, on behalf of League One Volleyball (LOVB), is seeking an energetic and community-driven Street Team Lead in each local market listed above. This role is central to LOVB’s grassroots marketing efforts and will oversee all street team activities that promote the league, increase visibility, and build genuine connections within the community.
The Street Team Lead will guide a team of Brand Ambassadors, manage local promotional initiatives, and ensure that LOVB is present, represented, and engaging across the community. This includes executing street-level campaigns, supporting community events, and assisting with game day support when needed.
Lead a team of street team members and Brand Ambassadors delivering local grassroots marketing initiatives.
Assign staff to appearances, promotional stops, campus outreach efforts.
Provide on-site leadership to ensure LOVB is represented professionally and consistently.
Train and coach staff on messaging, engagement style, appearance standards, and workflow.
Coordinate with LOVB Marketing Coordinator on street-level promotional activities (flyer distribution, tabling, giveaways)
Oversee day-to-day street team activity, ensuring strong engagement and accurate representation of LOVB messaging.
Provide on-site supervision at grassroots activations, including setup, fan interaction, and breakdown.
Support game day operations when required, including fan engagement, entry support, and general event assistance.
Track and submit hours worked by all street team members to Fierce Staffing.
Collect and report activation metrics, fan interactions, and engagement data as required by LOVB.
Provide event recaps on activities, results, staffing performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain communication with Fierce Staffing and LOVB leadership to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
Familiarity with your local market and its community, culture, and events is a plus.
Experience leading teams in marketing, promotions, sports events, or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
Passion for sports, especially volleyball, and enthusiasm for community-based engagement.
Reliable, organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during events.
Prior brand ambassador, street team, or field marketing experience strongly preferred.
