We specialize in multi-functional parts using complex injection molding and mechatronics, with a strong R&D presence, creating everything from interior elements to exterior panels, and are known for our expertise in high-tech plastic applications.Job Overview A Manufacturing Maintenance Manager leads all facility and equipment upkeep, focusing on preventing downtime through strategic preventive/predictive maintenance, managing budgets, overseeing repair/installation projects, ensuring safety compliance, and developing/guiding a team of technicians to maintain efficient, reliable, and safe production operations. Key duties involve budget control, parts inventory, vendor management, team training, and collaborating with production to boost uptime and reduce costs. Key responsibilities

  • Operations & Strategy: Develop and execute maintenance plans (preventive/predictive) to maximize equipment reliability and uptime; manage repair/installation projects; oversee facility upkeep. Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff; set work priorities; foster a safety-first culture.
  • Budget & Inventory: Control maintenance budgets; manage spare parts inventory; oversee procurement and vendor relations.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Maintain detailed maintenance logs; analyze data to find improvement opportunities; report to upper managementBenefits

Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED minimum. Experience: 5+ years' experience in maintenance management role Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
