About The Position

Full-Time, Salary Exempt

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This is a high-impact role focused on both strategy and execution, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A key part of this role will be owning and optimizing our marketing website content to ensure it communicates our value, supports SEO goals, and drives conversions. A primary responsibility for this position will also be developing and managing Paid Ads campaigns , using data-driven insights to increase visibility, attract qualified leads, and support overall business growth.

As the sole marketing team member, you’ll be expected to take full ownership of the marketing function—planning, executing, and measuring results across channels—while collaborating closely with leadership to align efforts with company objectives. This is a hands-on role with the potential to evolve into a leadership position as our team grows.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities associated with this role are :

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, Create annual marketing plans and budgets with measurable objectives, and Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Manage and optimize company website, ensuring SEO best practices, Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms, Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft), Oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows, and Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, Manage lead nurturing programs and customer retention initiatives, Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead handoff and conversion processes, and Track and report on lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Content Creation & Brand Management: Create compelling content for various marketing channels (web site, blog posts, social media, newsletters), Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools, Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, and Manage marketing attribution and lead tracking systems.

Skills & Qualifications

The key skills associated with this role are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Certification or experience with Google Ads required.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of professional marketing experience. Experience working with software/SaaS companies highly desirable. Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
  • Core Competencies: Strong project management and organizational abilities, and Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes, Familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred, Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices, and Social media management experience across multiple platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Self-Motivated, Strong work ethic with proven track record of dependability and consistency with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative: Ability to gain the cooperation of others in the pursuit of company goals.
