BAYSIDE FRESH MARKET is seeking experienced meat cutter with previous grocery store experience. Bayside Fresh Market provides a convenient, high-quality market & deli experience for the Horseshoe Bay, Texas community. We love what we do and it shows!
MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• Experience with processing techniques such as cutting steaks/chops, slicing, and grinding meat and poultry products in a commercial grocery setting.
• Cuts, trims, and bones meat, poultry, and fish for display or as ordered by customers and according to company standards.
• Experience with equipment usage and maintenance, such as knives, saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment; experience with backroom operations.
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment and per state health regulations and safe food handling procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous meat market for retail/grocery store experience required.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Must have neat and pleasant overall appearance.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Basic math, and data entry skills.
