**Job Title:** **Entry-Level Medical Device Assembler** **Location:** Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel Area) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Position Summary:** We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Medical Device Assembler** . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, precision, and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine assembly and production tasks in a clean room environment. + Handle and assemble small components with strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. + Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and production records. + Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines. + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. **Clean Room Environment:** This position requires working in a **clean room** , a controlled environment designed to minimize contamination from dust, airborne microbes, and other particles. **Clean Room Protocols Include:** + Wearing specialized garments (e.g., gowns, gloves, hairnet, shoe covers). + Adhering to strict hygiene standards (e.g., no makeup, jewelry, nail polish). + Working in a sterile, temperature- and humidity-controlled setting. **Training will be provided** to ensure full compliance with clean room standards. **Qualifications:** + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to learn and adapt to a structured manufacturing environment. + Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. + Comfortable working with small parts and components. **Shifts & Compensation** + **1st Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:40 AM - 2:40 PM - **$18.50/hour** + **2nd Shift:** Monday-Friday, 2:40 PM - 10:40 PM - **$20.00/hour** + **3rd Shift:** Sunday-Thursday, 10:40 PM - 6:30 AM - **$21.50/hour** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
