Key Responsibilities - Engage in regular personal and leadership training to continually enhance your skills.
- Mentor and support new team members via phone and Zoom (one-on-one) to help them succeed and grow within the role.
- Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided for successful applicants).
- Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided).
- Collaborate with a global team, with access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources for success.
- Attend 3 global Zoom training meetings per week.
- Leverage our successful business systems and innovative marketing strategies to expand your reach.
- Online and self-paced training for successful candidates.
