We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Position Summary:
The Part-Time RN will provide skilled nursing services in a home setting, supporting clients with medical needs, health monitoring, and long-term care planning. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys one-on-one patient care and making a meaningful difference in their community.
Conduct general health evaluations and nursing assessments in clients’ homes
Perform long-term care assessments and create or update care plans in accordance with client needs and healthcare goals
Provide medication set-ups and ensure accuracy in medication management
Monitor and document vital signs , report changes in client condition to appropriate medical professionals or family members
Deliver nail care services as part of personal hygiene and preventative care
Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure optimal care coordination
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care, geriatrics, or community health
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Current CPR certification
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options
