Description We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations for a manufacturing company in the Greater Sacramento area. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Process payroll for all employees using ADP in a timely and accurate manner. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. + Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits. + Manage payroll taxes, filings, and reconciliations. + Oversee wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions. + Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters. + Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. + Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed. + Implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
