Phlebotomist
Location: Yazoo City, MS
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. (No weekends or holidays)

Estimated Pay: $17.87 – $22.96 per hour (includes $5.09 Health & Welfare fringe)
Job Summary
Solvet Services is hiring experienced Phlebotomists to support the Federal Correctional Complex under a federal healthcare staffing contract. You’ll perform specimen collection and lab support for adults in custody in a secure medical environment.
Responsibilities
Collect and label blood and laboratory specimens accurately
Prepare and transport samples to reference labs
Enter results in the Bureau Electronic Medical Record (BEMR)
Assist providers with vital signs, vaccinations, and lab coordination
Maintain compliance with CLIA and BOP standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, EMT, or Lab Assistant program
Active Mississippi certification/license
Current CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
≥ 1 year recent experience
Must pass federal background check and drug screen
