Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter with a minimum of 4 years of continuous hands-on painting experience . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of powder coating techniques and processes, as well as attention to detail in ensuring high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all prepping procedures, including cleaning and wiping down parts prior to powder application.
• Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently to meet quality and production standards.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and related tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and adherence to specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of continuous powder coat painting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of powder coating processes and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
