Key Responsibilities:

Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate new menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and servers, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to understand their preferences and receive feedback, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during food preparation or service, implementing solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.
Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Culinary Professional, Chef, or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting.
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food preparation methods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and menu items.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are a plus.
