Product Operations Lead (Integrations)
Compensation: $120K-$180K base + equity (higher possible for exceptional candidates)

Were a fast-growing, developer-first platform powering integrations for thousands of applications and enabling both low-code builders and advanced engineering teams to automate workflows at scale. With a deep engineering culture and ~3,000 integrations already on the platform, were expanding the foundation that powers our AI agent builder and core integration products.
This role sits at the center of that engine owning the integrations pipeline end-to-end, coordinating with major technology partners, and shaping how we accelerate integration development using data and AI. Its a high-visibility role with direct access to the founding team and a clear growth path into product management.
A growth-track role for someone early in their product career (37 years) who wants to develop into a PM.
Ownership of the entire integrations backlog across prioritization, execution, verification, and maintenance.
Direct collaboration with major partners (Google, Microsoft, Workday, and more) to manage certification and approvals.
Influence over customer activation and expansion by driving integration coverage.
Hands-on work with contractor teams and internal engineering stakeholders.
Exposure to AI and automation strategies for scaling integrations.
High autonomy in a small, senior team with fast decision cycles.
Lead the integrations backlog prioritize work based on customer demand, engineering feasibility, partner requirements, and strategic value.
Drive partner certification and approvals for major vendors; own communication, documentation, and compliance workflows.
Coordinate contractor teams responsible for building connectors and ensure delivery quality.
Maintain integration health: monitor issues, debug failures, and collaborate with engineering, support, and sales.
Lead migration plans when apps introduce breaking changes.
Own verification workflows to ensure integrations ship correctly and remain reliable.
Longer-term: explore how data and AI can increase integration velocity, quality, and automation.

Strong, reliable relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Direct measurable impact on customer acquisition, activation, and conversion.
Clear trajectory toward increased product ownership and decision-making.
37 years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or early PM roles within SaaS or API-driven environments.
Comfort reading API docs, understanding OAuth flows, and debugging integration issues.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and external partners.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company with enterprise partners.
Execution-first mindset comfortable owning deadlines, driving process, and unblocking others.
Natural curiosity and an interest in AI, automation, and developer tooling.
A track record of independently driving outcomes and growing scope over time.
