Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to assist in all stages of the production process.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily production activities and schedules.
Support the team in managing equipment, materials, and logistics.
Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and creative staff to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate records of production progress and materials used.
Provide on-site support during filming, editing, or event execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Production, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
