What To Expect
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be playing a critical role in supporting construction projects coordinating activities between construction project managers and superintendents, supporting material procurement, and assisting in tracking projects’ cost and schedules performance and ensuring deliverable dates are achieved. What You'll Do Consistently provide a high level of customer service to Tesla staff, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interfaceCoordinate and set-up meetings with team members and stakeholders. Document notes, distribute to the entire team and follow-up on action itemsConstruction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs, and submittalsProcure materials to support field activities, this includes inputting cost in tracker, including obtaining supplier quotes, analyze for best value, verify receipt, and coordinate delivery to field teamsAssists Construction Project Managers and Superintendents with project schedule updates and look aheadProject Close-Out tasks include dead filing and punch list trackingDevelop tools that enable efficient operations maximizing the teams time spent on solving problems
What You'll Bring Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience in supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrative tasksStrong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationshipsExcellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office programsAbility to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals, and demanding work environmentHave an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
