Join Our Innovative R&D Team as an R&D Scientist – Protein & Analytical Chemistry

What You'll Need:
- A BSc degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of main analytical techniques used in protein analysis, including HPLC (size exclusion), electrophoresis (CE SDS, icIEF).
- Experience with LC-MS/MS methods for Proteomics, Metabolomics, or Lipidomics is a plus.
- Strong laboratory skills with the ability to perform experiments independently and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in a regulated or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with electronic lab notebook systems.
- Knowledge of assay development and validation processes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Entry-level to junior experience, with a keen interest in protein analytics and method development.
- Previous exposure to analytical development or sample analysis is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start ASAP.
- This position is fully on-site in Slough, UK.
- Ability to work efficiently within a matrix organizational structure supporting multiple projects.
