Ensure that the given geography meets or exceeds all sales targets and goalsRecruit, hire, manage, and develop/coach a high performing teamCreate and drive region strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals in a timely mannerExecute Consistent and Frequent Performance Management with Sales TeamWork in the field with sales representatives to coach and counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development and maximum goal achievementMonitor data analytics information (sales trends, activity, market share) continuously to ensure full utilization of available resources and tools for maximum impact on prescribing providers while constantly looking for opportunities to improveSet a positive tone and high standard for the regional team in terms of work ethic, culture, expectations, business ethicsAssess competitive threats, best practices and field learnings and share as appropriate.Aid in the design of business plans, employee development plans, monthly reports as requiredOrganize, participate in employee training, conferences, and regional meetingsCollaborate with Market Access and Patient Access on a regular basis.Collaborate with Medical Affairs as appropriateDrive call plan adherence and executionCommunicate with Tonix key sales leadership regularly (written and verbal)Maintain compliance standards What do you need for this position?
