Role: Release Manager

Duration: Long term contract

Hands-on experience with nCino Record-Based Configuration Deployments MUST

• Manage the release management lifecycle for Salesforce and nCino implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments.
• Plan, package, and execute metadata and record-based configuration deployments across various environments (Development, QA, UAT, Preprod, and Production).
• Lead nCino Record-Based Configuration Deployments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize data migrations, environment management, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Implement and maintain DevOps tools and processes to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards by leveraging tools such as PMD, Snyk and Checkmarx.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance release efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Release Manager/DevOps Engineer in Salesforce and nCino environments.
• Hands-on experience with nCino Record-Based Configuration Deployments and a strong understanding of the nCino Data Model.
• Expertise in Salesforce DevOps tools, with Copado experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoRabit or other Salesforce DevOps tools is acceptable if nCino experience is present.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and other project management and DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata and release management processes.
• Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as PMD, Snyk and Checkmarx.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple releases and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automating and streamlining deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Certification in Copado, Salesforce and/or nCino is a plus.
