Were seeking an experienced canvasser/door-to-door sales professional to join our growing power washing company Rolling Suds Power Washing Ft. Worth - this role youll directly engage with homeowners present our services and close residential deals on the spot.

Primary Responsibilities

• Canvas residential neighborhoods to generate immediate sales
• Effectively communicate our power washing services and benefits to homeowners
• Provide on-site estimates when customers agree to free quotes
• Close sales during the initial visit rather than just setting appointments
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Document customer information and sales accurately

Requirements

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability for evening and weekend hours (prime times when homeowners are at home)

Compensation

• Base pay: $15/hour
• Commission: 10%-20% on all sold business
• Potential for substantial earnings through commission structure
