This position will offer relocation, benefits, 4% 401(k), 15 days PTO (growing by 5 days every 5 years), generous salary, growth and development plan, up to $25k in annual bonus potential (easily met), car/ phone allowance and reimbursements, and much more.

Responsibilities as Area Coach:

• Review guest complaint patterns and improve procedures accordingly
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation by installing and preforming restaurant inspections
• Review training plans and supervise managers at each restaurant. Create development plans for management.
• Create and adjust labor cost goals to meet restaurant needs and support the bottom line.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and prove guidelines are met.
• Hire, promote, and fire both team members and management alike.
• Supervise 4 locations and maintain profitability
• Defend decisions, including growth/ development plans in your area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Salary is up to $92k with bonus potential.

• Proven Experience**: Must have MULTI UNIT QSR experience and a track record as a District Manager/Area Coach.
• Passion for People**: Bring a servant-leader mentality and a knack for retaining top talent.
• Operational Expertise**: 5-10 years of Restaurant Experience with P&L responsibility.
• Solid work experience, no job hopping
