Nordstrom is seeking an energetic and style-savvy Salesperson to join its Hawaii ‘ohana, where the spirit of aloha are at the heart of every interaction. In this role, you'll use your keen eye for trends and your personable nature to help customers discover their unique style while fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. As a valued member of our team, you'll create meaningful experiences that enrich lives and celebrate individuality.
A day in the life…
- Engage with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture, creating and building lasting relationships with customers.
- Flexible schedules allow you to enjoy the island lifestyle, whether it’s surfing at sunrise or attending a local festival in the evening.
- Showcase your creativity and achieve sales goals through styling outfits, curating content on digital platforms and effectively using selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
- Be a part of a supportive team that celebrates pilina (connections) with one another
- Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
- This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.$14.90 - $14.90 HourlyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
