Job Description

The impact you'll make:As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll act as a servant leader by making a difference in peoples' lives. You'll coach and mentor our counter sales staff to increase revenue which directly impacts your team's earning potential. What you'll do:Act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness. Partner with local managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goalsMonitor the sales agents overall effectiveness throughout the sales processCoordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processesAssess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skillsFacilitate local sales training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniquesDevelop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials and other resourcesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree plus at least 1 year supervisory experience; OR Associate's Degree plus at least 2 years supervisory experience; OR High School degree plus at least 4 years supervisory experienceMinimum of 2 years of progressive Sales experience in a counter sales environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience executing training initiatives and coaching and mentoring sales professionalsMust have valid driving license and be willing and able to travel between your assigned locations (average at about 50%)Skills and abilities you should have:Full understanding of effective customer service and sales conceptsStrong work ethic and sense of urgencyAbility to get to the root of a problem and utilize resources to provide appropriate solutionsEffective communication with individuals at all levelsAbility to build trust and rapport with othersExcellent administrative and organizational skills utilizing MS Office Suite of Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power PointGood-faith salary range: The minimum starting salary for this position is $68,000.
