Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Dallas, TX
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings.
Proficiency in using Jira or DevOps board to monitor project progress, manage releases, track issues, and coordinate team tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Nice to have familiarity with GenAI, ChatGPT and AI Models.
